• Quotation: We provide a service fee quote and estimated timeline
• Payment: You approve the quote and make payment

• Delivery: Completed documents are returned via your chosen method

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due before service commencement unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

• Bank transfers
• PayNow
• Cash (in-person only)

Additional charges may apply for:

• Urgent processing (same-day or 24-hour service)

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Ensure all documents submitted are legally obtained
• Obtain any necessary third-party permissions
• Review completed work promptly and report any issues within 5 business days
• Pay all fees as agreed

DocuNex provides document preparation and processing services. Important limitations:

• We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice
• We cannot guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
• Processing times are estimates and subject to change
• Original documents may be required for certain services
• Some services may be restricted by law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by DocuNex, including document templates, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our templates without permission
• Use our services to create documents for resale
• Reverse engineer or modify our proprietary materials

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information, subject to:

• Legal requirements to disclose information
• Necessary sharing with service providers (e.g., translators, notaries)
• Your explicit consent to share information
